BE IT KNOWN, for good consideration, and in further consideration of the releases herein entered into, that all participants in our events, do completely release discharge, acquit and forgive Galen Slatter, Márcio Padilha, Maureen Padilha, the Let's Dance Club and the hosting venue from all claims, contracts, actions, suits, demands, agreements, liabilities and proceedings of every nature and description both at law and in equity that either party has or may have against the other, arising from the beginning of time to the date of these presence. This release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
